Presentation Guidelines

If your nomination is selected, you will have 5 minutes to present, followed by 3 minutes of Q&A. Presenters should be prepared to explain what the organization does, who it serves, why the need matters, and how the funds would be used.

What Happens After a Nonprofit Is Selected?

Members vote at the meeting, and the nonprofit with the most votes receives the collective donation. The selected organization is invited back to share how the funds will be used, helping members see the impact of their giving.
